no, I haven't, not really
... I did go check on him, but he's... sleeping? and no matter how I tried, I wasn't able to wake him.
I was at a loss for what to do, so I just left him be to take care of things in his absence

I see. I think I know what's happening to him. He will wake again, within a few days to a week, but he will be fine when he does. This happened to both myself and my partner in the past.

I have a favor I need to ask of you. It isn't likely they'll find him but someone has come to the city that may do him and others harm. Unfortunately I can say no more than that and other matters are tying my hands elsewhere so I can't do this alone.

All that can be done is to watch over him, but may I leave that to you?
